Product: HP 24fw with Audio 24-inch Display
My HP 24fw with Audio 24-inch Display( Monitor)
is showing dead pixels, and when I registered the case, they took my address and said they would send a technician. Later, they messaged me that dead pixels aren't covered under HP's warranty policy. Now, I got an email saying the case is closed. I bought it from the HP store, and now I feel like I spend money to stare at the dead pixels. I was an esteemed customer of HP products, owning HP mouse, monitors, laptops, printer, etc. If this issue isn't solved, I think I will have to purchase from other brands in the future due to the poor support team and warranty policy. When I went to the comments by other customers who claim a warranty, they said it is a headache when claiming a warranty. I think I shouldn't buy any products from HP in future. Please purchase products from any brand after reviewing how good they are for providing a warranty.
