My issue is that the power cord keeps partially coming out or sometimes falling out of the laptop, which has become increasingly annoying. Most of the time I'm conscious of keeping the laptop still and checking the port or the battery status icon, which isn't something I've found with previous HP laptops - even after years of use. Meanwhile, this is a newer laptop (Pavilion 15-eg3019na (800R2EA), under limited warranty) that I'd expect to be more robust. I often notice that the power is going down, and then I see that the cord has come slightly loose and I have to press it back in.
I have put up with this for some time because it's not a major tech issue but more of an annoyance. I don't know if there's any chance that a replacement cord would be any better or if this is just the way the cord (or possibly the port) is for this model or all new models. Still, it's happening so often that I'd like to at least try to find a way of resolving it if possible.
