Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

I am trying to add on paper to my insta ink (i have had this in the past) but there is nothing on my home page to let me add it. According your HP page I am eligible (again i have had in the past). I look the topic up online and i continue to be rerouted to my home page where there is no place to add it on. How do I sign up for paper add on?
