My printer stopped printing a week ago and when I did a diagnosis the message that the “device’s built-in network capabilities are disabled , contact the administrator” . Now I am the only user of the printer and hence the administrator , but I don’t know how to enable it . I have reset the printer to factory settings using a USB cable , but I can’t connect the printer to the WiFi, it only works with the USB cable connected directly to my laptop. Please help
