Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

Want to scan 1 page from my 8600 printer to computer and it says that Webscan is disabled and to contact the person who set up the printer. That’s would be me.. and I don’t know what to do. 

I have a new MacBook Air running latest software of Sonoma.
