I bought a laptop about a year ago, the first 3 months everything was fine. But then there was one important problem, in some games the laptop was shutting down, and at random moments, it could shut down in 20 seconds after starting the game, and it could work for 3 hours and then shut down. I went to the Internet for a solution, where I learned that it may be related to temperatures, then started the game and began to track the temperature, but they were normal, somewhere around 70-80 degrees. Then I found information that it is related to drivers, updated all possible drivers, started, the problem did not disappear, then cleaned and blew the laptop from dust and changed the thermal paste, did not help. I tried rolling back the laptop to system settings, put win 10 nothing helped…
I noticed that if you limit the mode of the laptop (put it on balanced via omen hub) sometimes can extend the time up to an hour, but it does not work every time....
