Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi - I can't seem to get any of my mp3's to be recognized by my laptop (I tried 2 different laptops, 2 different mp3 and a few different cords).  It will charge the mp3 when plugging into the USB _ but it will not open it in Windows Explorer like it used to and show the files/folders.  I have reinstalled Windows 11, I have tried looking through Device Management and Disk Manager, nothing is helping.


Anybody else have this issue with Windows 11?
