Product: HP Pavilion Plus 16 inch Laptop PC 16-ab0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My new Pavilion Plus 16-ab0000 with an I7-13700H processor seems to run much slower than I expected it to as compared to my other laptops with much older processors.  The computer also experiences periodic cursor lag that has the appearance of some program running in the background. Has anyone experienced issues like these?
