HP Recommended

I need a section 889 compliance form for government purchases, it is a government requirement that has been in place since mid-August 2020 before using the government purchase card to buy products. I cannot find a vendor's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code or Unique Entity ID (UEI), nor can i find HP within SAM.GOV 

I am purchasing the product P1B91A (Fuser Kit)

Could i be directed to whomever can get me the section 889 compliance form from HP for this item?
