Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fc0000 (733M1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My laptop is not able to detect external monitors when connecting to a USB-C docking station. If I were to connect the HDMi cable directly to the laptop, it will detect and extend my display. I know it is not an issue with my docking station as I am able to use it for my work laptop with no issues.
I have tried the following:
Rebooting several times
Updating drivers
Disconnecting and reconnecting
Using on a different laptop
Check Display setting and does not detect any additional monitors
Updated BIOS
Please help. This is kind of annoying and wish this was a simple fix.
