Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B3AV)

It's all in the title: Since I bought it, my Omen 16 was lagging and crackling when plugged in.

Previously, it disappeared after a few seconds, but now it is permanent once plugged in.

 

I tried to take it in for repair because I had other problems, but they didn't fix it.

It took them almost two months to resolve the other problems I had, and I can no longer work without my computer for that long.

 

I would gladly appreciate some help,
