PC died due to low battery and now does not start up. I'll either get a black screen with the HP logo and a loading circle or sent immediately to Advanced options.

I've tried holding the power button for 15 seconds, nothing. I've left my pc alone for a few days, nothing.

In advanced options, Startup Repair doesn't work, Uninstall Updates doesn't work, System Restore doesn't work, System Image Recovery doesn't work, and Command Prompt seems limited with some of the prompts I used (sfc /scannow works, bism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth returns error code 87, bootrec fixmbr doesn't work).

UEFI Firmware Settings works with these Startup Menu options:

F1 System Info

F2 System Diagnostic

F7 HP Sparekey

F9 Boot Device Options

F10 BIOS Setup

F11 System Recovery

I've selected F2 and conducted a Symptom Test for Boot Related Issue and PASSED, Hard Drive/SSD Test PASSED, Blue Screen with Errors PASSED, System Fast Test PASSED, and System Extensive Test PASSED.

I've selected F9 and given an option of either OS Boot Manager (UEFI) which did nothing and Boot From EFI File, but unsure what to select if I choose this option so I exit the page.

I've selected F10 but unsure what to do in this. I've selected F11 and sent back to advanced options.

This issue came out of nowhere and I'm not sure what other options I have to troubleshoot this and resolve the issue.

If anyone can provide guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.
