I have had the printer about 2 years.
Half the time it doesn't work so have to use a spare printer anyway. I am therefore unable to use all the ink cartridges HP send me. So stopped the bank standing order and tried to cancel the agreement.
The printer then refused to print with the existing cartridge in it (supplied by the Instant Ink programme) so I purchased new HP cartridges but these don't work either.
I paid upfront for the printer, have subscribed an average of about £5 per month which doubled the cost of the printer, and it still doesn't work so I want to stop paying the monthly fee.
I just want to use the existing printer and buy cartridges when required.
Why is this not possible?
