Hi All,

I bought a Hp pavilion laptop 15-cs3xxx fro. COSTCO. Pretty much from the beginning it would take a long time to start up and then ran very slowly.  I recently added a 32gb ram making it a total 40gbs rams.  It still not much of a performance improvement.  Do you have any advice on why it is slow and how to improve it?

 

Would replacement the 1t HDD to a SSD make a difference?
