Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Mobile Fax "Send" button just buffers.

Issue has been ongoing for last 3 days

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and scanner but cannot find the Smart App to uninstall or reinstall.

Printer is HP MFP M28W

After restarting, the issue remains.
