I have a Spectre x360 laptop running Windows 11 OS Build 22631.3447 and an Innoview portable monitor that connects via USB C. This setup worked fine until suddenly the laptop is no longer outputting display via USB and I'm unable to figure out what's changed. When I connect the laptop and monitor the power comes on on the portable monitor and the screen displays the manufacturer logo, then it just goes black.
Things I've tried:
Updated graphics drivers
Deleted and reinstalled graphics drivers
Cleared display cache
Tested the monitor and cable on my phone (it works fine here)
Confirmed resolution and refresh are the same on the laptop and portable monitor
Tried a different USB C cable on the laptop
In System settings, tried to click Detect Other Display while portable monitor is connected (laptop doesn't detect a second display
Win key + P, tried enabling Duplicate, Extend or Second Screen (no response from portable monitor)
- Multiple power cycles
- Deleted and reinstalled USB Connector Manager drivers
