Product: HP 240 G8 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, Facing issue in accessing webcam in HP 240 G8 Windows 11 23H2. Device manager not at all showing camera and there is no devices without drivers. When selecting the camera, its showing a message," To use the camera you need the Media Feature Pack for N and KN version of Windows 10". Installed the pack but still not able to use the webcam. Hope somebody has tips for my issue .Lap.jpg
