Product: HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer

My payment card expired, and i cannot sign in to the account to update it. All I am getting is :

"Something unexpected happened
We're sorry, but something went wrong. Check that you have a stable Internet connection and try again. If you continue to have issues, try signing in later."

 

I've tried it on an ethernet wired PC, wifi laptop, android tablet, android phone. chrome browser, edge browser, firefox.

 

now its warning me my plan is suspended and i cannot print anything. Why is it such trouble to update details, when it should be the easiest thing around?
