My USB-C Thunderbolt port seems to be dead. My laptop doesn't recognize anything plugged into it, and the port doesn't deliver power to anything plugged into it (e.g. phone, docking station, HDMI adapter). Last week it was working. I was running a Pluggable docking station through the port when it stopped working. I initially thought it was the docking station, but now realize nothing works on the port. I have pulled up Device Manager and looked at Universal Serial Bus controllers, and my USB-C is not even listed there with the other USB 3.0 ports. I tried to run diagnostics at startup, but the diagnostic said USB-C ports weren't supported through the diagnostic, so that was no help. Please help me determine if this port can be turned back on. Thanks.
