Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV)

Hello, I thought I'd calibrate my battery today but after an hour it hasn't gotten past 1 percent complete so I wanted to cancel. The screen says "Battery calibration : test in progress" and that I can cancel by pressing Escape, but nothing happens when I do this. Does anyone know if there is any other safe way I can cancel this? It just keeps spinning and I'm still only at 1 percent complete.
