Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I have downloaded the latest HP Easy Start version 16.5.6 dated Mar 18 2024 from

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-easy-start/7376041

 

It finds my printer connected on the USB port,  HP OfficeJet J4500 Series

(in fact it is HP OfficeJet J4580 all in one printer)

 

HP Easy Start then moves onto to "Checking your software needs" 

and just hangs and spins there indefinitely.

I have rebooted/restart multiple times, remove the printer etc. but it still it fails.

 

When I look in the

C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\HP.EasyStart.log

file it shows Page Not Found error, so it seems the HP website is missing the required page.

Can this be fixed please and the page put in the right location please?
