Product: HP 970 Programmable Wireless Keyboard

I am having connecting my wireless bluetooth keyboard and it is not even 6 months old.  When I click on find bluetooth device, it doesn't even show up at all. The keyboard is on and is charged and yet it cannot locate it.  This is not the first time this has happened but every time I reset it and forget this device, I always have a problem. They are both HP products and yet it waste so much time troubleshooting them.
