Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1000 (1W794AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

1. I forgot my password in windows (tried several times)

2. I connect the notebook to internet and asked me to update the BIOS

3. After update, it restarted, and now asking for "Bitlocker", enter recovery key, which I don't know

4. Option to check the system, components, storage and all others were checked and passed except for the battery, it fails

5. I don't know my windows 11 product key also

What should I do?  Hope to hear from anyone the soonest possible time
