HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop is:  hp laptop 14-dq500pl, and is saying: Battery counterfelt check error. Non hp battery detected and it's a new computer,  I didn't change anything. 

Can you please tell me what's going on with my computer?
