HP Recommended

I cannot understand why my macbook pro will not open the wifi connection to my HP Envy 6000 inkjet printer despite the fact the printer is listed on my wifi drop down. ( Direct-c5Not even the password is accepted when prompted to enter it. Strangely, my iPad and my Samsung phone both
