a couple weeks ago my laptop suddenly shutted down. like a 15 minutes i could not turn on my laptop. when i turned on my laptop my left side usb port starts not working. after this situtation i cleaned my laptop's fan. i've never had this problem again. normally when i don't play games in my laptop i don't have any problem. but while i playing games in my laptop after a minute later when i started my game suddenly my left side usb port starts not working. at the same time my laptop's speaker not working too. after i exit game and my usb port starts working and speaker be normal. i've already tested my speaker and usb port with hp support and my results were totally normal. i couldn't fixed my problem. i can't send my laptop to service rightnow. i need a fix this by myself. i'm waiting your help.
