I have SAMSUNG MultiXpress X7400

 

The problem is that the printer sometimes gets to the main screen and shows "Loading", sometimes gets to main screen, but most of functions does not work (including Settings).

 

Printer shoes the error UI System Failure #S5-3111 and from the Internet i saw that it could be fixed with recovery file.

 

Where could I find the recovery files?
