Product name : HP OMEN Transcend 14 inch Gaming Laptop PC 14-fb0000 (8U970AV)
Issue : When I change the refresh rate of the display to 120Hz, I can clearly see the brightness going up and down. It is mostly noticeable when the background is a black/gray image. So all the time it keeps on flickering the brightness and a little bit of colors also get changed. It happens when plugged in and on battery as well. But the issue doesnt happen when refresh rate is set to 60Hz. FYI, The system is fully updated.
So is this an hardware issue like a regular screen flickering?
