HP Recommended

I have a OneLam 400 A4 laminator with a document/paper jam. 
It is completely jammed and the entire A4 plastic paper is inside the laminator. 
I cannot open the laminator and the FAQ only address the situation where part of the document/paper is outside and can be pulled out. 
Anyone knows how to solve this jam and get the document/paper out.
