HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I was on a call with Microsoft for over 3 hours trying to diagnose why the OffieceJet Pro 8715.  Using either HP Smart and the native discover printer method produces the same results.  The printer would install using the "HP Smart Universal Printing" driver.  When a job is sent the printer will initialize and position the print head.  Then nothing comes out of the printer. And then the head will dock in a few minutes.  The print queue shows the job is sent to printer.  This is not an network issues, port issue, etc. This is something with the Universal driver that HP provides that isn't working in Windows 11 ARM for this printer.  By the way there are other that are seeing this.  I checked Reddit and other Windows sites and others are reporting the same behavior with their printers.
