Hello,

My printer says it is connected to the WiFi but does not print. It only allows me to print through the HP Smart app. We reset our AT&T router due to internet issues and are trying to reconnect the printer to the same WiFi, but it is not working. Initially, it connected to the WiFi and printed directly, but now it is not responding at all. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you.
