Product: HP Chromebook x360 14c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Black screen, laptop won't turn on and won't charge (charger is in working condition as it charges other devices). Charging light, power light or keyboard light doesn't turn on. I've tried holding down the power button, plus with esc key and refresh key etc but won't work.
