I just bought a HP ENVY x360 15-fh0001na and it just arrived today, so after setting it up I was using the laptop to watch a tv show on Disney+.

Then all of a sudden the screen goes black and flickered for like 3 seconds and so I switched it off. After that I tried to turn it back on but even though the power button is on the screen stays blank. I tried BIOS troubleshooting, doing the f10 thing and the esc button thing as well (repeatedly pressing esc)  but it still won't turn on.

When it turns on the laptop makes these weird noises sort of like a quieter version of someone washing shoes in a washing machine or like trying to jump-start a car. 

Can someone help me cause I'm totally confused?
