Hi Everyone,
HP Officejet 6960 printer
First of all I find it really annoyed that hp sells printers were you suppose to keep the first set of cartridges as setup cartridges. Most likely is somewhere in the manual, but lets be honest who is reading manuals after buying more then 10 printers in his life. If you want the customer to do that, put it with insane big letters on the boxes. Its insane to just disable a prnter after 4 years and ask for setup cartridges, really insane.
Then whatsapp support, 2 hours and the only thing I was advice install HP smart and reset the printer by starting it and after fully starting it remove the power cable. Been there done that 5 times, it doesn't help. 2 hours chat support of which the operator was more then 1 hour quiet. You cant call that support.
The my third point, why do customer need to jump through these hopes like they did something wrong. I just want to printer. Why make your product so complicated.
So what can I do to get my printer back to life? As all solution on this form and on google have been tried.
