Hello,
I've got a problem with my Envy x360 15-bp101na laptop. The HID drivers make the system stay in tablet mode disabling the keyboard completely. The keyboard works when i press esc before startup. I tried removing drivers, installing different ones, i managed to get the desktop mode but without the ability to change between tablet/desktop mode.
I suspect that the problem might be the sensor not starting, in device manager the HID Sensor Collection V2 throws:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Failed to initialize sensor from HID collection descriptor"
My Windows version is Windows 11 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3880)
What i tried:
- restarting multiple times
- disabling HID sensors in device manager
- Manually installing both the kaby lake and standard version of integrated sensor drivers
Unfortunately i can't restore system because i don't have any checkpoints
Any suggestions before i try a clean install? Maybe there's a driver for win11 (hp support only lets me select win10)
