Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer

These questions have to do with the installation of an HP OfficeJet HP9135e printer on a MacBook Pro laptop with OS 12 (Monterey):

  1. What is the most reliable and least dangerous way to change the name of the printer:
    1. Go to the “HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e Series” web page for the printer and select “General: About the Printer: Configure Information”.
    2. Use the “Printers & Scanners” page in System Preferences on my Mac.
    3. Use the “Options” settings available from the Print Queue window on my Mac.
    4. Some other method?
  2. How can I change the printer email address for sending print jobs to the printer using emails sent from my iPhone?
  3. This printer replaced an old printer that died. I was able to delete the old printer from my HP Account at the HP Smart web page, but it still shows up in the HP Smart app on my laptop. How can I get rid of the old printer in the HP Smart app on my laptop?
