I recently bought a new HP Omen Transcend laptop from India, but unfortunately, it has manufacturing defects. Specifically, the screen is popping out from the frame whenever I open the lid. I’ve traveled to a foreign country for studies, and now, HP customer support is delaying and denying my claim for a replacement, citing that I bought it in India.
Despite the international warranty, they are refusing to offer a product replacement, and only offsite repair was suggested, which isn’t feasible for me. I need all the support and advice I can get to resolve this issue. Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Any tips on how to escalate this matter effectively?
Thank you!
