Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My DSL line, internet connection, took a direct lighting hit on July 11. My provider is not coming to fix until August 7. In the meantime I have legal papers that must be printed and sent via regular mail and papers to my cancer doctor. I have tried to move my printer from wireless to being connected with an ethernet cable. It will not print a job when I send to it. I can get the printer to print out the configuration page, but no jobs. I am desperate for help. How can I accomplish a direct connection?
