Hello,

I wonder why I have such bad fps in basic video games like CS2 (average fps 40-110). The game is not smooth at all and yes, I have downloaded Nvidia's latest drivers, AMD drivers, and other drivers that HP support recommends to be downloaded. I have watched a lot of videos on YouTube and none of them has helped. This computer has been marked as "a gaming computer"  and as you can assume playing online games at lower than 100 fps is not a smooth and nice experience at all. Usually, my fps gets lower near other people so could this mean my CPU has some kind of issues?

My PC is usually relatively quiet when playing so that is also mind-boggling for me because it feels like the PC is not even trying to get better frame rates. (I do not have limited fps in CS2).

In Valorant I have an average of 150 fps and the 3D Mark Demo gives an average of 30 fps.

I have also reset my PC and this hasn't helped either.

Help would be highly appreciated...
