Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One

Hello, I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One printer. I would like to configure it so that it only prints in black and white and that users cannot change the prints to color. How could I do this?

What happens is that when I run out of colored inks, I still have the black ink full and it doesn't allow me to print in black and white since it sends an error message because it doesn't have the colored ink.
