HP Recommended

Hello, I got a little hp sprocket printer for Christmas probably 5 years ago now. I was able to print one photo and I've never been able to since. Since the app has updated, it seems like it's almost ready to work but I keep running into a connection problem. In the app it looks like I'm fully connected, and when I go to settings, the sprocket printer is at the top of my connections list as if it's connected, but when I select it and go to hit connect, the button does nothing. Its clearly registering that I click it but it doesn't look like it trie to connect and there's no disconnect option, but in the app it still says I'm connected. When I try to print a picture, I get a pop up saying there's a connection problem. Has anyone else encountered this and solved the problem? Id love to use this printer again.
