Product: HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

The HP printer is often disconnected from the internet but the wireless and other websites work.  The PC does connect to the internet.

How can I fix this problem?

When connected to the HP instant view dashboard,  an error message displays"

"error":{"message":"issue with fetching user tokens","code":401}"

How can I fix this problem?
