Hey!

 

I want to replace the old battery from the notebook of my mother: hp notebook 14-cf0051od serial number: 5CG8413VDV. All this because the laptop cant stay on without being connected to power. If not connected (despite battery level above 80%) the notebook turns off pretty quickly (>2min).

 

For this reason I want to know what battery model should I buy to replace the damaged one (I assume it is damaged), i couldn't get to know the model because I'm not living with my mother but I will travel soon to do the replacement myself.

 

If someone can help me with this matter and additionally provide with some link to buy the product I'll be gratefull!

 

(Sorry if my english isn't the best, I'm from Chile 🇨🇱)
