Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I just set up my new 9125e printer. Connected wi-fi seemingly with no issues, but neither HP Smart or my computer can find the printer. I printed the Test Page and under Connectivity it says 'Fail', although all other categories say pass and at the bottom of the page under 'Internet Status' it also says 'Connected'. I've tried turning everything off, then back on, re-doing the WiFi set up but same result - cannot find the printer. Help!
