HP Recommended

I have to give a test but it shows :

Multiple camera devices found. Please remove/uninstall extra camera devices/drivers.

1. HP Wide Vision 5mp camera

2. HP Enhanced camera

I also checked in the device manager where there is only HP Wide Vision 5mp camera and HP IR Camera. 

There is no HP Enhanced  camera. How can i uninstall this device/driver? Please help me
