Product: Hp Elitebook 8460p

I tried installing latest Hp support assistant for Win8.1 but it gives me a error not supported , and asked me to download Legacy version which i couldn't find Hp website or anywhere around the internet . Can anyone provide me a direct download link if its archived ?
