Product: Mac Sonoma 14.6
The hp desk jet was recognised immediately on plugging in, but it did not print. Nothing appeared in the print queue, I tried to update the software and drivers using the HP Easy start guide, it said the software was installed successfully, but no test page would print. The assistant said to reinstall, I did this several times, no luck.
I have reset the printing system, that did not work.
I am out of ideas, so hope some one has had the same problem and can help me. Many thanks.
