Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with my Victus Gaming Laptop (model 15-fa0032dx). The Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and camera drivers are not visible in Device Manager, even after selecting "Show hidden devices." Additionally, the options for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are absent from the settings menu.

Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this problem?
