Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0003ns
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
A few days ago, in the normal act of closing my PC, I heard a craking noise. Without forcing it, I opened it again and noticed that the hinge bent the wrong way, broke and damaged my HP envy's screen. From what I researched, this is a very very common issue with this model and it should be up to the brand to resolve this situation in the best way possible. The PC is only 3 years old and and it's not that cheap 😞
