Desktop Video, Display and Touch

Hi,

I tried to update the firmware using the software taken from the hp site but it says "device not connect, please close this application, connect the device, and try again". I connected the monitor to the pc via USB B cable and display port cable but the monitor is still not recognized by the update software.
